When you connect social platforms, we collect the OAuth access tokens, account identifiers, page or profile identifiers, granted scopes, and related connection metadata required to publish content, read performance data, or manage the integration you enabled.

• Brand and workspace inputs, including business details, brand voice, content preferences, campaign settings, uploaded media, and generated content.
• Usage and diagnostic data, including feature activity, integration events, error logs, and basic device or browser information.
• Files and media you upload or generate inside Growlo, including images, captions, carousels, scripts, and scheduled social posts.

How we use information

We use your information to provide Growlo, authenticate users, maintain workspaces, generate content, schedule and publish posts, show analytics, improve product quality, and keep integrations secure.

Connected social platform data is used only for the features you enable, such as publishing approved posts, retrieving page or profile information, reading campaign data, and measuring content performance.

Third-party services

Growlo uses trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and AI-assisted content generation. These providers process information only as needed to support Growlo.

Social platform integrations are also governed by the policies and terms of the connected platform, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and other services you choose to connect.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, connected platforms you authorize, legal authorities when required, or a successor if Growlo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Growlo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can request deletion of your account and connected platform data using our data deletion instructions.

• You can revoke connected platform access from the platform itself at any time.
