Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Growlo, a United States company, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through its websites, applications, and related services.
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Scope and who we are
Growlo provides AI-assisted social content planning, creation, review, publishing, audience interaction, search visibility, and performance measurement services. In this policy, Growlo, we, us, and our refer to the United States company operating those services.
This policy applies when you visit a Growlo website, create or use an account, join a workspace, connect a third-party account, communicate with us, or otherwise use a service that links to this policy.
Personal information we collect
The information we collect depends on the Growlo features you use and the choices you make.
- Account and contact data, such as your name, email address, login and authentication records, workspace membership, role, notification preferences, and communications with us.
- Business and content data, such as brand details, target markets, products, brand voice, campaign settings, website information, prompts, drafts, comments, uploaded files, images, video, audio, and generated content.
- Connected-platform data, such as OAuth access tokens, granted permissions, account, page, profile, channel, post, comment, review, and performance identifiers or metrics made available by a platform you connect.
- Billing and transaction data, such as plan, subscription, invoice, payment status, refund, and checkout identifiers. Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment processor rather than stored directly by Growlo.
- Usage and device data, such as product activity, feature interactions, pages or screens viewed, browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, integration events, diagnostics, and security or error logs.
- Hosted-guide contact data, such as an email address a reader submits to unlock a client Guide, the Guide and brand it came from, timestamps, limited campaign attribution, and whether the reader separately chose to receive marketing from that brand.
Sources of information
- Directly from you, your workspace owner, or another authorized workspace member.
- From social networks, publishing providers, payment processors, and other services that you choose to connect to Growlo.
- From public sources and customer-authorized websites when you ask Growlo to research a market, trend, business, or content opportunity.
- Automatically from your browser, device, and use of the service, including through cookies and similar storage described in our Cookie Notice.
- From visitors who choose to submit an email address on a Growlo-hosted Guide created for a customer brand.
How we use information
- Provide, personalize, secure, and support Growlo accounts and workspaces.
- Create and revise content, media, plans, recommendations, search pages, and analytics using AI-assisted systems.
- Connect accounts, retrieve authorized data, schedule or publish approved content, assist with replies, and measure performance on enabled platforms.
- Process subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, invoices, billing support, and eligible refunds.
- Send service, security, billing, and support communications and honor notification choices.
- Unlock hosted Guides, attribute contact capture to the relevant Guide, and provide the authorized brand workspace with its contact list, consent status, conversion reporting, and exports.
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, improve product quality, and develop features using aggregated or de-identified insights where practical.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
AI-assisted processing
When you use an AI-assisted feature, Growlo may send the prompts, brand context, source material, uploaded media, or other information needed for that feature to text, image, video, audio, search, or data providers. Those providers process the information to return the requested result and support service reliability and safety under their applicable business or API terms.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, or regulated data unless it is necessary for an enabled feature and you have authority to provide it. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is published or relied upon.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
- Hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, email, customer-support, and infrastructure providers.
- AI, media-generation, research, and data providers used to deliver a feature you request.
- Payment processors and billing providers used to complete purchases, manage subscriptions, or issue refunds.
- Social networks, publishing providers, analytics sources, and other third-party services you authorize Growlo to access or act through.
- Authorized admins and approvers in the customer brand workspace responsible for the hosted Guide that collected the contact.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, authorities, or other parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.
- A buyer, investor, successor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Connected accounts and public content
When you direct Growlo to publish, reply, or create a public page, the approved content and associated account information may become visible to the public and may be copied, indexed, or retained by third parties. The connected platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply.
You can disconnect a platform in Growlo where that control is available or revoke access through the platform. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically delete information Growlo previously received or public content already published.
Hosted Guides and client-owned contacts
A customer brand may configure a Growlo-hosted Guide to request an email address after showing useful content. Submitting the address unlocks that Guide and makes the contact and its source visible to authorized admins and approvers for that brand.
Guide access does not by itself subscribe a reader to marketing. When the brand offers marketing emails, Growlo shows a separate optional choice, records whether it was selected, and includes that status in the brand's contact list and export. The brand is responsible for honoring the reader's choice and applicable marketing and privacy requirements when it uses or exports the contact.
Cookies and similar storage
Growlo uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, workspace selection, theme and interface preferences, and other functionality requested by the user. See our Cookie Notice for more information and browser controls.
Retention and deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, complete transactions, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information, its sensitivity, the feature involved, and applicable requirements.
You may request deletion using our Data Deletion Instructions. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, billing, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of claims. Public content and data held by connected third parties are governed by those parties' systems and policies.
Security
We use technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your credentials and notify us if you believe an account or connection has been compromised.
Your privacy choices and U.S. state rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers Growlo's processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, to obtain information about its collection and disclosure, to appeal a denied request, or to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling.
Submit a request to admin@deanxious.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, account, residency, or authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits it, but we may require proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children
Growlo is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Growlo, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
International processing
Growlo is operated from the United States and may use providers in the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for cross-border processing.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in Growlo, our providers, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. When a change is material, we may also provide notice through the service or by email where appropriate.
