Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion

To request deletion, email admin@deanxious.com from the email address associated with your Growlo account. Use the subject line Growlo Data Deletion Request.

Include your Growlo account email, workspace name if applicable, and the connected social account or page you want removed if the request is only for a specific integration.

What we delete

• Account profile details and workspace membership data, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
• Connected platform records, OAuth tokens, granted scopes, page identifiers, profile identifiers, and integration metadata.
• Uploaded media, generated content, scheduled drafts, campaign setup data, and related workspace records where deletion is requested and technically possible.

Disconnecting Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or Threads

You can also remove Growlo access from your Meta account settings. Revoking access from Meta invalidates OAuth tokens and prevents Growlo from using that connection.

If you revoke access from Meta and also want Growlo workspace records deleted, send a deletion request using the email instructions above.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Some residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, audit logs, or provider systems before normal retention cycles remove them.
